నేడు రైతు రుణం తీర్చుకోనున్న రేవంత్ సర్కార్
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం రెండో విడత రుణమాఫీకి సిద్ధమైంది, రైతులు ఎంతో ఆతృతంగా ఎదురు చూస్తున్న రెండో విడత రుణమాఫీ నిధులను విడుదల చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం సన్నాహాలు చేస్తోంది. రెండవ ముఖ్యమంత్రి భట్టి విక్రమార్క, వ్యవసాయశాఖ మంత్రి తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వర రావుతో కలిసి ఈరోజు అసెంబ్లీ ఆవరణలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రారంభిం చనున్నారు.
రెండో విడతలో సుమారు 7 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు దాదాపు రూ.7 వేల కోట్ల రుణాలను మాఫీ చేయను న్నారు. మొత్తం మూడు విడతల్లో రుణమాఫీని పూర్తి చేస్తామని సీఎం ప్రకటించిన సంగతి విదితమే. ఈ క్రమంలో ఈనెల 18న మొదటి విడతలో 10,84 ,050 రైతు కుటుంబాలకు చెందిన 11,50,193 రుణ ఖాతాల్లో రూ.6,098.93 కోట్లను జమ చేశారు.
మూడో విడతలో రూ. లక్షన్నర నుంచి రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు ఉన్న రుణాలను ఆగస్టు 15లోగా మాఫీ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. రుణమాఫీకి రేషన్‌ కార్డ్‌ ప్రాతిపదిక కాదనీ, పాస్‌బుక్‌ నే కొలబద్దగా తీసుకొని అప్పులు మాఫీ చేశామని సర్కార్ తెలియజేసింది. ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందించిన నిబంధనల ప్రకారం మొదటి విడత సందర్భంగా రుణాలను మాఫీ చేశామని.
ఆధార్‌ నెంబర్‌, ఇతర వివరాలు సరిగా లేకపోవ డం వంటి కారణాలతో రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 17 వేల మందికి పైగా అర్హులకు డబ్బులు జమ కాలేదని సమాచారం. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో రుణమాఫీ ప్రక్రియలో సమస్యలు తలెత్తి డబ్బులు జమకాని రైతులనుంచి వ్యవసాయ శాఖ సంబంధిత ఫిర్యాదులు స్వీకరిస్తోంది. దీంతో 7 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు 7000 కోట్ల మేర లబ్ధి చేకూరనుంది.
