టీచర్లకూ ఫేషియల్ అటెండెన్స్ ఆగష్టు 16 నుంచి స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ డైరెక్టరేట్లో అమలు

రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 26 వేల స్కూళ్లు ఉండగా, వాటిల్లో 19 లక్షల మంది స్టూడెంట్లు చదువుకుంటున్నారు. ఆయా బడుల్లో 1.03 లక్షల మంది టీచర్లు పని చేస్తున్నారు. నేషనల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ పాలసీలోనూ టీచర్లు, స్టూడెంట్ల అటెండెన్స్ను ట్రాక్ చేయాలని ఉంది. ప్రస్తుతం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సహకారం ద్వారా అందుతున్న పలు స్కీమ్స్ లో పారదర్శకత కోసం స్టూడెంట్లకు పోయినేడాది నుంచే ఫేషియల్ అటెండెన్స్ అమలు చేస్తున్నారు. మిడ్ డే మీల్స్, బుక్స్, యూనిఫామ్ తదితరాల కోసం దీన్ని ఉపయోగిస్తున్నారు. అయితే, ఇదే విధానాన్ని టీచర్లకు కూడా అమలు చేయాలని గతంలో భావించినా.
