రూ.2లక్షలకు పైగా ఉన్న రుణాల మాఫీకి గైడ్లైన్స్
తెలంగాణ Telangana News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : ఇప్పటి వరకు రూ.2 లక్షల క్రాప్లోన్ల మాఫీ ప్రక్రియ చేపట్టిన సర్కారు ఆపై ఉన్న పంట రుణాల మాఫీకి గైడ్లైన్స్ సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నది. మరో వారం రోజుల్లో రూ.2 లక్షలకు పైగా ఉన్న పంట రుణాలపై స్పష్టత ఇచ్చేందుకు వ్యవసాయశాఖ సమాయత్తమవుతున్నది. రూ.2 లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్న రుణాలను చెల్లించేందుకు గడువు పెట్టే యోచనలో ఉన్నది. నిర్ణయించిన రూ.2 లక్షల కంటే ఎంత ఎక్కువ రుణాలు ఉన్నాయనే దాన్ని బట్టి కాలపరిమితి విధించి, రైతులు బ్యాంకు అప్పులు చెల్లించుకునే వెసులుబాటు కల్పించనున్నది. ఎక్కువ అమౌంట్ చెల్లించాల్సిన రైతులకు కొంత ఎక్కువ గడువు ఇచ్చే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తున్నది. కుటుంబం యూనిట్గా ఉండే ఈ రుణమాఫీలో కుటుంబ సభ్యుల్లో మహిళల లోన్లకే ఎక్కువ ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వనున్నట్టు సమాచారం.
రైతులను రుణ విముక్తులు చేసే దిశగా అడుగులు
రూ.2 లక్షలకు పైగా రుణం ఉన్న రైతులకు వెసులుబాటు ఇచ్చేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నది. 2 లక్షల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్న రుణాలను చెల్లించేందుకు గడువు పెట్టే యోచనలో ఉన్నది. రైతులను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో రుణ విముక్తులను చేసే క్రమంలో నిర్ణీత రూ.2లక్షల కంటే క్రాప్లోన్లు ఎక్కువ ఉంటే రైతులు పై మొత్తం చెల్లించిన తర్వాతే రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని సర్కారు ఇప్పటికే స్పష్టం చేసింది. గత బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం రెండోసారి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన ఐదేండ్లలో చేయాల్సిన పంట రుణమాఫీలో దాదాపు సగం చేయకుండా ఎగ్గొట్టింది. ఈ ఎగ్గొట్టిన రూ.9 వేలకోట్లకు పైగా ఉన్న పంట రుణాలను రైతులు రెన్యూవల్ చేసుకోవడంతో ఇప్పుడవి 60 శాతానికి పైగా ఉన్నాయి.
రూ.2 లక్షలకు పైగా ఉన్న పంట రుణాల జాబితాలో చేరిపోయాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో రూ.2 లక్షలకు పైగా లోన్ ఉన్న రైతులకు పంట రుణమాఫీ చేసేందుకు సర్కారు ప్రత్యేక కార్యచరణ సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నట్టు తెలుస్తున్నది. రూ.2 లక్షలలోపు రుణం ఉన్న రైతుల నుంచి వివరాల సేకరణ ఇప్పటివరకు రుణమాఫీ చేసిన రూ.2 లక్షల రుణాల్లోనూ వివిధ కారణాలతో మాఫీ కాని రైతుల సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడానికి, ఫిర్యాదు చేసుకోవడానికి నెల గడువు ఇచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.

The government is thinking of giving relief to farmers who have more than Rs.2 lakh loan. There is a plan to set a deadline for paying off loans of more than 2 lakhs. The government has already made it clear that if the crop loans are more than the fixed amount of Rs.2 lakhs, the farmers will be waived only after paying the above amount. The harvest was to be done in five years when the previous BRS government came to power for the second time Almost half of the loan waivers were missed. As the farmers have renewed the crop loans of more than Rs.9 thousand crores, they are now more than 60 percent.
