భారత రాజ్యాంగంలో 48-A ఆర్టికల్ నిబంధనకు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఈ స్టేషన్ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారని, దానితోపాటు పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ చట్టానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఏర్పాటుకు సిద్ధమైన ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును వెంటనే నిలిపివేయాలని, కనీసం ప్రజల అభిప్రాయాన్ని కూడా తీసుకోకుండా, పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణ కోసం పోరాడుతున్న వారి అభిప్రాయం తీసుకోకుండా, పర్యావరణ శాస్త్రవేత్తల పర్యవేక్షణ లేకుండా, ప్రశాంతమైనటువంటి అడవి సంపద కలిగిన దామగుండం ప్రాంతంలో పర్యావరణాన్ని వినాశనం చేయడానికి పూనుకుంటే ఊరుకునేది లేదని ప్రజా సంఘాల ఆధ్వర్యంలో పెద్ద ఎత్తున్న పోరాటాల సిద్ధమవుతామని తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది.
