SEP1 నుంచి OCT 15లోగా నోటిఫికేషన్లు జారీ చేయాలి. మంజూరైన ఉద్యోగాలకు ఆర్థిక శాఖ అనుమతి అవసరం లేదు’ అని పేర్కొంది.
