కోల్ కతా డాక్టర్ కేసులో దారుణం క్రైం సీన్ మార్చేశారు ఆత్మహత్య అని చెప్పారు
జాతీయ National News భారత్ ప్రతినిధి : కోల్ కతా ఆర్కే ఖర్ మెడికల్ కాలేజీ అండ్ ఆస్పత్రిలో ట్రైనీ డాక్టర్ పై అత్యాచారం చేసిన అత్యంత కిరాతకంగా చంపేసిన ఘటనలో సీన్ మొత్తాన్ని కోల్ కతా పోలీసులు మార్చేసినట్లు సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు ఇచ్చిన స్టేటస్ రిపోర్టులో సీబీఐ వెల్లడించింది. దేశాన్ని కుదిపేస్తున్న ఈ ఘటనలో ఆస్పత్రి వర్గాలతోపాటు లోకల్ పోలీసులు, ఆస్పత్రిలోని కొందరు కీలక వ్యక్తులు మొత్తం సీన్ మార్చేసినట్లు సీబీఐ తన ప్రాథమిక రిపోర్ట్ వెల్లడిస్తుంది.
క్రైం జరిగిన సీన్ ను ఆస్పత్రి వర్గాలు మార్చేశాయి క్రైం సీన్ జరిగిన ప్రదేశాన్ని మార్చారు ఆధారాలను రక్షించాల్సిన వారే ఆధారాలను నాశనం చేసినట్లు సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు ఇచ్చిన నివేదిక స్పష్టం చేస్తుంది. అంతేనా ట్రైనీ డాక్టర్ ఆత్మహత్య చేసుకున్నది అంటూ ఆ యువతి తల్లిదండ్రులకు సమాచారం ఇచ్చారు ఆస్పత్రి వర్గాలు. ఆ యువతి పేరంట్స్ ను తప్పుదోవ పట్టించటానికి చేయాల్సిన అన్ని ప్రయత్నాలు చేశారని అత్యాచారం చేసి హత్య చేస్తే ఆత్మహత్యగా తల్లిదండ్రులకు సమాచారం ఇచ్చారని కేసును తప్పుదోవ పట్టించటానికి ఇదే సాక్ష్యం అంటూ కోర్టుకు తెలిపింది సీబీఐ.
ఈ ఘటనపై FIR నమోదు చేయటంలోనూ పోలీసులు చాలా ఆలస్యం చేశారని.. బాధిత యువతి అంత్యక్రియలు పూర్తయిన తర్వాత రాత్రి 11 గంటల 45 నిమిషాలకు FIR నమోదు చేశారని సీబీఐ తన ప్రాథమిక రిపోర్ట్ లో వెల్లడించింది. కేసును పోలీసులు తప్పుదోవ పట్టిస్తున్నారనే అనుమానం వచ్చిన తర్వాత ట్రైనీ డాక్టర్ స్నేహితులు ఒత్తిడి చేయటం వల్లే ఆ వీడియోలు బయటకు వచ్చాయని అప్పటి వరకు వీడియోలు, సాక్ష్యాలను రహస్యంగా ఉంచారని ఇందులో లోకల్ పోలీసుల నిర్లక్ష్యం స్పష్టంగా ఉన్నట్లు సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు ఇచ్చిన నివేదికలో సీబీఐ వివరించింది.
సీబీఐ విచారణ ప్రారంభించిన ఐదు రోజుల తర్వాత క్రైం సీన్ మొత్తం మార్చబడినట్లు గుర్తించామని సాక్ష్యాలను నాశనం చేయటానికి ప్రయత్నించారన్న విషయాన్ని గుర్తించినట్లు సీబీఐ వెల్లడించింది. కోల్ కతా పోలీస్ శాఖలో వాలంటీర్ గా పని చేస్తున్న నిందితుడు సంజయ్ రాయ్ కు లై డిటెక్టర్ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించాల్సి ఉందని ఈ ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగిస్తామని తెలిపింది సీబీఐ. కేసు తీవ్రత, సున్నితత్వాన్ని అర్థం చేసుకోవటంలో ఆర్జీ ఖర్ మెడికల్ కాలేజీ అండ్ హాస్పటల్ అధికారుల లోపాలను సైతం ఎత్తిచూపింది సీబీఐ. ప్రొటోకాల్ నిబంధనలు తెలిసిన ఆస్పత్రి అధికారులే సాక్ష్యాలను రక్షించటంలో విఫలం అయ్యారని సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు తెలిపింది సీబీఐ.
In the status report given to the Supreme Court, the CBI has revealed that the entire scene was changed by the Kolkata Police in the most gruesome killing of a trainee doctor at Kolkata's RK Khar Medical College and Hospital. The CBI's preliminary report reveals that the whole scene has been changed by the local police and some key people in the hospital along with the hospital authorities in this incident which is shaking the country.
The report given to the Supreme Court makes it clear that the hospital authorities have changed the scene of the crime and the location of the crime scene has been changed by those who are supposed to protect the evidence. The hospital sources informed the young woman's parents that the trainee doctor had committed suicide. If the girl rapes and murders the parents as if they have made all efforts to mislead the parents, it will be a suicide for the parents.
The CBI revealed in its preliminary report that the police was very late in registering the FIR on this incident. The FIR was registered at 11:45 pm after the funeral of the victim. Until then, the videos were said to have come out due to pressure from the trainee doctor's friends after they suspected that the police were misrepresenting the case.
Five days after the start of the CBI investigation, the CBI revealed that they found that the entire crime scene was altered and that there was an attempt to destroy the evidence. The CBI has said that the accused Sanjay Roy, who is working as a volunteer in the Kolkata Police Department, is to be subjected to a lie detector test.
